How to Control and Improve LED Full Color Display Pixal

After the Olympic Games in 2008,LED full color display will be widely used in sports venues and traffic indicator lights. As the high requirement for LED display quality,LED display market will be improved in quality and quantity. Another field pushing LED display forward is advertising. Many national and abroad companies concern much about the business opportunity brought by Olympic Games and the World Expo, so the quantity of outdoor display for ads will increase largely.

However, how can we control and improve LED full color display pixel technology?

Currently, there are three methods used most commonly.

Pixel sharing technology.An independent pixel circularly refurbished by information of contiguous pixels from signal source by the means of Time-division Multiplexing(TDM).

Dynamic pixel technology. Splitting a pixel into several independent LED units which shows the corresponding information of several contiguous pixels again by the means of TDM.

Virtual pixel technology. When information scrolling in a direction, due to the suspenopsia of human eyes,there is a series of moving, virtual pixels. In that case, we can adjust each LED tube to enhance the resolution ratio and achieve the best video effects.

In conclusion, except pixel, full color LED display technologies include: enough brightness, grey level, scanning refurbishing speed, viewing distance and angle.
