Phenomenon Faults Solution
No display in the whole screen. No AC power supply. Switch on power supply.
The computer doesn’t operate. Turn on the computer and enter the LED Studio operate the software.
Communication cable is broken Examine the communication cable, and reconnect correctly.
Control system is broken Change the control system.
Receiving card is no power Receiving voltage is 5V
Software setting is wrong Correct the software setting to suit the control system.
Twinkling in the whole screen. Control system is broken down. Change the control system.
Some signal of the communication cable is lost Examine the communication cable, reconnect correctly.
Voltage of the control system is abnormal. Voltage of the control system is 5V
Software setting is wrong Correct the software setting suit to the control system
Unit panel is not light No AC power supply. Check the connection of the 3 core aviation to see if it is tight; check the 3 core cable to see if it is open circuit.
No input of signal Check the green lamp of the receiving card, if it is not blinking:
1.Check the connection of the plug to make sure it is tight
2.Check the cable to see if it is open circuit or short circuit
3.Check the voltage of the receiving card to see if it is 5V. Please change the receiving card if it is ok with the above checking.
Unit module is not light the voltage of the unit module The voltage of the unit module is 5V.
the signal cable among the level haven’t been connected Connect the signal cable among the level.
the input or output of HC245 is broken down Change the HC245
Half of unit panel is not light. Signal of the half of unit panel is wrong. Check if the signals of CP, SC and CT are normal
The data signal which is not light Examine if the pin2 of the first TB62726 of the data signal is normal
The whole unit module is out of control CP,SC signal is short circuit or open circuit Check the control signal of the current level input or check the control signal of the previous level HC245 to output( it is clock pulse control signal CP, latch signal SC.
The input or output of HC245 is broken down Change the HC245
Half of the unit module is out of control The latter level module work normally, current latch control signal SC is short circuit or open circuit. Check the latch control signal SC of current out of control and HC245, to see if it is open circuit or if it is short circuit with other signals.
The same part of the latter level module is out of control, current clock pulse control signal CP is short circuit of open circuit. Check the clock pulse control signal CP of current out of control and HC245, to see if it is open circuit or if it is short circuit with other signals.
The 4*4 lattices of the unit module is not light The 23 pins of TB62276 and the external resistor is pseudo soldering or open circuit(including the resistor is broken and the ground wire is open circuit. Re-solder the 23th pin of the TB62726 and external resistor; Connect the spot which is open circuit with the jumper; Change the resistor.
The 22nd pin of TB62726 is pseudo soldering, open circuit Re-solder the 22nd pin of TB62726; Connect the spot which is open circuit with the jumper
The 4*4 lattices of the unit module is faint. The first pin of TB62726 is pseudo soldering, open circuit Re-solder the first pin of TB62726; Connect the spot which is open circuit with the jumper.
The 24th pin of TB62726 is pseudo soldering, open circuit Re-solder the 24th pin of TB62726; Connect the spot which is open circuit with the jumper.
Shadow in the texts CT Signal Check the CT signal to HC14 and HC138 to see if they are normal.
Point is out of control LED is broken Change the LED
Pseudo soldering Re-solder the two pins of the LED; check the corresponding output pin of TB62726 which control the LED, re-solder it.
Short circuit Treat with the anode and cathode of the LED to make sure it is not short circuit.
Open circuit Connect the place which is short circuit with the jumper
Constant lighting The cathode of the LED is short circuit with the ground; change TP62726
